    in designing and creating the style that is desired.

  • Unlike some other stylists,  Eugene is not scissor happy.  If an inch is all you want cut then that is what you'll get.  Eugene is known for his precision cutting technique and sectioning of hair.

  • Eugene uses a clay pack moisturizing conditioner to help keep hair healthy and shiny.
     

  • Time spent with Eugene consists of a consultation, shampoo, cut/shape and style/blow dry.
